Before founding TruAlign, I worked as a Senior Account Executive managing complex sales cycles, cultivating long-term client relationships, and driving multimillion-dollar growth across multiple markets. My success came from understanding people, what motivates them, how they contribute, and how aligning the right individual with the right opportunity unlocks potential on both sides.
Over time, I realized many recruiters missed what truly drives business performance: the impact players behind the results. These are the individuals who adapt quickly, take initiative, collaborate effectively, hold themselves accountable, and create value in every environment. True alignment comes from understanding both a company’s mission and a candidate’s internal drive, the elements that keep them engaged and effective even through uncertainty or change.
